|1.||ECG Analysis Using Wavelet Transform and Neural Network

In this work, we have developed an algorithm to detect and classify three types of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal beats including normal beats (N), right bundle branch block beats (R), left bundle branch block beats (L)using a neural network classifier. In order to prepare an appropriate input vector for the neural classifier several pre-processing stages have been applied. Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) has been applied in order to extract features from the ECG signal. Finally, the MIT-BIH database is used to evaluate the proposed algorithm, the overall classification accuracy rate is more than 99%..

|2.||Designing Of Low Power Sequential Circuits under Subthreshold Region Using Spadl and Gdi Techniques

Low power design has become one of the primary focuses in both analogue and digital VLSI circuits. Many power consumption techniques have come in existence and with that the low power design is also achieved by scaling supply voltage, considering sub-threshold region in this region thereby obtaining a minimum energy consumption which also suits for low operating frequencies. In order to attain more extensive application, scaling supply voltage to medium-voltage region is an attractive approach especially suiting for mid performances. Technology scaling also demands a decrease in both supply voltage (𝑉𝐷𝐷) and threshold voltage (VTH). However concept of sub-threshold region works with only low frequency application. Hence Single Phase Adiabatic Dynamic Logic is developed to work with high frequency applications. Another low power technique namely GATE DIFFUSSION INPUT (GDI) is implemented in the project for sequential circuits. The circuit design and simulation results are simulated in 0.18μm TSMC technology with the supply voltage of 0.3 to 0.4V and delay of 60ns using CADENCE VIRTUOSO spectre simulator.

|3.||A Survey of Various Image Processing Techniques for Identification of Printing Technology in Document Forensic Perspective

This paper discusses about various image processing techniques and tools which are available for identification of printing technologies. Printing technology identification and associated problems in document forensics have been projected as challenges in image processing application. Various image processing approaches based on textures, spatial variation, HSV color space, spatial correlation, and feature based on histogram and some of the pattern recognition methods, like gray level co occurrence matrix, roughness of the text, perimeter of edge are highlighted. This paper devotes more on one of the recent contribution, namely, Gaussian Variogram Model (GVM) for printer classification.

B2C E-Commerce web sites are facing lots of problems today. Customers prefer traditional way to purchase the products and not from E-Commerce web sites. If we see the history of E-Commerce, then we get that E-Commerce is the purpose of Internet and the web to conduct business. Number of Internet user in India are just 5.33% of total Internet Users Population of the world and E-Commerce sales of India is just 1.26% of total E-Commerce sales of the world. E-Commerce web sites are finding the solutions. The study addresses to various quality issues of the web sites which are neglected to fulfill the requirements of the customers, and propose Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation as the best solution to sort out the issues.

|5.||The Effects of EGR on the Performance and Exhaust Emissions of a Diesel Engine Operated on Diesel Oil and Pongamia Pinata Methyl Ester (PPME)

An experimental study was carried out to investigate and demonstrate the influence of using Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) of different rates on the engine performance parameters such as specific fuel consumption, brake thermal efficiency and emission characteristics such as hydrocarbon emission, smoke density and NOx emission of a single cylinder; water cooled, four-stroke, diesel engine with eddy current dynamometer. The engine was fuelled with commercial grade diesel of heating value 42500kJ/kg and Pongamia pinata methyl ester (PPME) of heating value 37255kJ/kg. The experimental setup for the experiments was developed. Exhaust gas recirculation system was tested with three EGR percentages. i.e. 0 %, 5 %, 10 % and compared the performance and emission characteristics of the engine with the fuels. The speed of the engine was kept constant (1500 rpm) and it is observed that Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) has considerable reduction in oxides of nitrogen (NOx).

|6.||Study On Anonymous – Privacy User Communication in Wireless Mesh Networks

Connecting the networks users aware of the security and privacy is an importance to gain anonymity. The term anonymity can hide actual content of end users while allowing their access of service networks moreover they are allowed to do so without being traced. Anonymity achieve misbehaving users are the two conflicts. Our analysis provides protection in wireless mesh networks from signatures and anomalies. Implementation shows the access control of logon credentials which is secure transfer data from node to router cluster and comparative study is to achieve stronger privacy protection, anonymous to mesh routers is best effort in security performance.

This paper presents an investigation into the effectiveness of controllable magnetorheological (MR) damper for a semi-acive vehicle model with passenger seat. Mathematical model has been experimentally developed for controller design using Choi et al. model. A quarter vehicle model has been employed for system performance evaluation via Matlab through numerical simulation. System behaviour related to passenger comfort and safety has been analysed without and with fuzzy logic control strategy in suspension system for passenger comfort and safety during on road varying driving conditions.

|8.||The Effect of Gum Arabic Powder and Liquid on the Properties of Fresh and Hardened Concrete

In this paper, the purest kind of Gum Arabic, extracted from (Hashab) trees (in western Sudan), is used in concrete mixes after crushing to be in a form of powder which was dissolved in water to get the liquid of this additive. In this study, Gum Arabic (G.A.) powder and liquid was added to concrete mixes at ratios 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0 % and 1.2 % of cement content. Fifteen concrete mixes were prepared: One as a control mix, seven with Gum Arabic powder, and seven with Gum Arabic liquid. The study showed that the addition of Gum Arabic to the concrete mixes has a clear effect when equal to 0.4% of cement content. The compressive strength was measured at ages of 7, 21, and 28 days and it was found that it decreases slightly with increase in the proportion of Gum Arabic in concrete mixes. The paper shows that good results of compressive strength and workability of concrete were obtained when using the Gum Arabic liquid.

|9.||Performance of Paprin Mimo Sfbc Ci-Ofdm System

One of the biggest drawbacks of OFDM is its high peak to average power ratio (PAPR). High PAPR of OFDM makes it unusable in non-linear systems. So the clipping signals scheme is one useful and simple method to reduce the PAR. This paper presents a new receive algorithm called MIMO CI-OFDM has been implemented. From the simulation results, it is shown that MIMO SFBC CI-OFDM reduces PAPR significantly compared with the conventional MIMO SFBC-OFDM system. The out-of band re-growth of signal spectrum in MIMO SFBC CI-OFDM system is much smaller than MIMO SFBC OFDM. In the NBI (narrow band interference) channel MIMO SFBC CI-OFDM system achieves considerable BER improvement.

We characterize minimal b-γ-open sets in topological spaces. We show that any nonempty subset of a minimal b-γ-open set is pre b-γ-open. As an application of a theory of minimal b-γ-open sets, we obtain a sufficient condition for a b-γ-locally finite space to be a pre b-γ-Hausdorff space.
