Image Segmentation Methods for Dermatitis Disease: A Survey
Prafulla N. Aerkewar, Dr. G. H. Agrawal

This paper presents a deep survey on various image segmentation methods that can be used for dermatitis disease that have been proposed and which are suitable for the processing of various images for different types of patches for various skin diseases. The focus is on thresholding, region growing, and shape–based methods. This review the original ideas and concepts of the above methods, because we believe this information to be important for judging when and under what circumstances a segmentation algorithm can be expected to work properly.

C.S.Hiwarkar, C.J.Sharma, S.K.Mude3, S.R.Gawande

This paper presents the Steady-state and Dynamic behavior of PEMFC Fuel Cell Stack. As the world's energy use continues to grow, the development of clean distributed generation becomes increasingly important. Fuel cells are ideal for distributed power applications as well as vehicular applications. This paper explains the role of Fuel Cell in Power system in which stress has been given on the most promising applications such as distributed power generation as well as automotives. In this paper a Hybrid stack model has been introduced which is a combination of empirical & an electrical model of fuel cell. For stationary, portable power generation & transportation Fuel cell can overcome the existing fuel sources with low cost, high efficiency & less pollution. Without complicated mathematics, the proposed model is simple, yet obtains more than 93% accuracy in evaluating the fuel cell stack steady-state and dynamic performance. The empirical cell model has been used to represent the steady-state behavior, whereas, the circuit equivalent of the cell is used for dynamic behavior & Hybrid model which gives a very good combination of both the steady-state and dynamic Characteristics of PEMFC Fuel Cell Stack, is simulated by Using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

Simulation of the Design of an Exhaust Silencer Stack by CFD
H.Maheshappa, V.K.Pravin, K.S.Umesh, P.H.Veena

A concern during stack emission testing is the sampling port location. The sampling port must be selected so that the velocity measurements truly represent the exhaust gas flow field within the exhaust stack. Usually the port is located near the stack exit. In some instances during field testing, however, concerns have been raised over the location of the port and its influence in accurate measurements. Furthermore, the use of perforated baffles in the silencer stack has also been questioned; it has been suggested that these could cause flow disturbances that are not acceptable. The veracity of the concerns raised can be examined by physically changing the baffle design and the location of the port. However, this approach would not only take an extensive period of time but also would prove expensive. A lower cost approach is to conduct a CFD analysis on the existing silencer stack with CFX software and then analyze the results to determine the impact of small perturbations on the measurements and the overall flow field. Modifications, if needed, could be made in the solid model of the silencer/stack system. The impact of these modifications could then be tested with the CFD model to determine how the unmodified stack compares to the modified stack and to establish the degree to which the baffle perforations and the port location Influence testing results. This paper describes a detailed CFD analysis of the flow pattern in the silencer stack.

BalaSidduluMalga, Nagaraju.L, N.Kishan, Ramarao Kotikalapudi

The influence of Hall current, chemical reaction and viscous dissipation on an unsteady MHD flow and heat transfer along a porous flat plate with mass transfer is investigated. The transformed governing equations in the present study were solved numerically by using Galerkin Finite element method. The effects of Hall current, viscous dissipation, chemical reaction over primary velocity u, secondary velocity w, heat transfer and mass transfer are analyzed. Effects of magnetic parameter M, Prandtl number Pr, Schmidt number Sc, Modified Grashof number Gr for heat transfer and Modified Grashof number Gc for mass transfer on the velocity components and temperature is also examined.
Keywords:- MHD, Hall current, viscous dissipation, chemical reaction, finite element method.

Equirs: Explicitly Query Understanding Information Retrieval System Based on Hmm
Dilip Kirar, Pranita Jain

Despite all the hypes, there are number of efforts has been taken to research in the field of Natural language processing but it has number of problems, such as ambiguity, limited coverage and lack of relative importance or we can say less accuracy in terms of processing. To reduce these problems and increase the accuracy we use ―EQUIRS: Explicitly query understanding information retrieval system based on HMM‖. In this frame work, we use Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to improve the Accuracy and results, resolve the problem of ambiguity efficiently. Previously, various model used to improve the accuracy of text query, in which one of the most selective method is Fuzzy clustering method, but it is fail to reduce limited coverage problem. To reducing such problem and improving accuracy EQUIRS based on HMM and compare it with the result of fuzzy clustering techniques. In the proposed frame work first 900 file is used to train which is divided into five file class categories called five query view cluster (organization, topic, exchange, place, people). Now, HMM is simply finding the nearest probability distance with the fired text query using QPU (Query Process Unit) and HMM will return suggestion based on emission probability (suggestion depth 5) which similar to query view. Thus proposed approach is different and has satisfied qualitative proficiency with using taxonomy of clustering (Precision, Recall, F-Measure, Training Time and Searching Time) from fuzzy based learning which has less accuracy

Different Steganography Methods and Performance Analysis
Shantala .C.P, K.V Viswanatha

Steganography is a process that involves hiding a message in an appropriate carrier for example an image, audio or any data file. The carrier can then be sent to a receiver without anyone else knowing that it contains a hidden message. The objective is to hide the existence of the message in the carrier and make the method easy to read the message. The aim of this study is to investigate steganography and how it is implemented. Based on this work a number of methods of steganography are implemented and evaluated. The strengths and weaknesses of the chosen methods have been analyzed. Different steganography methods are implemented. The methods are chosen for their different strengths in terms of resistance to different types of steganalysis or their ability to maximize the size of the message they could store. All of the methods used are based on the manipulation of the single least significant bit of pixel values, which correspond to the message being hidden.

Fairness in Transfer Control Protocol for Congestion Control in Multiplicative Increase and Multiplicative Decrease
Sarika Gupta Agarwal, Parul Gupta, Mamta Narwaria

High speed Network(Scalable TCP) uses Multiplicative Increase Multiplicative Decrease (MIMD) algorithm . This paper investigates fairness among sessions sharing a common bottleneck link, where one or more sessions use the MIMD algorithm. Congestion occur when Traffic reached Beyond the capacity of window. We first study how two MIMD sessions share the capacity in the presence of generalcombinations of synchronous and asynchronous losses. We show that, in the presence of rate dependent losses, the capacity is fairly shared whereas rate independent losses provide high unfairness.

Masoud Nouri

Nowaday, the knowledge is a strategic and valuable source and this is a property. Knowledge is taken in to consideration as important competitive advantage in pioneer organization, when the Knowledge grew up as a strategic source in 21 century. So more, many of scientists of management science and organizations try to use Knowledge as a Knowledge management by establishing of new way. Some of models of Knowledge management are used industries successfully. But, there is a few samples a bout of Knowledge in domains in education. Whereas the feature of educational organization a schools is different from industrial organization, the model of industry of Knowledge management couldn't be transferred to education completely. In addition to, the collection of operation model of Knowledge management and it's acceleration by the teachers are important subject in this modern organization. This paper inclued concept of Knowledge management variety of Knowledge, Knowledge management in schools and also the model of process of Knowledge management that are mooted as a model and design of Knowledge management in education.
