Hyper geometric Function of Two Variables
Yashwant Singh || Nanda Kulkarni Abstract: In the present paper the authors introduce two new fractional integration operators associated with H -function of two variables. Three important properties of these operators are established which are the generalization of the results given earlier by several authors. Key words: Fractional Integration Operators, H -function of two variables, Mellin Transform (2000 Mathematics subject classification : 33C99)

2. | RRW Framework by Using Enhanced Pixel Wise masking and K-Means Clustering
N. Krishna Chaitanya || Vijaya Kumar Nasina Abstract: This paper presents Robust reversible watermarking methods are popular in multimedia for protecting copyright, while preserving intactness of host images and providing robustness against unintentional attacks. However, conventional RRW methods are not readily applicable in practice. That is mainly because they fail to offer satisfactory reversibility on large-scale image datasets. They have limited robustness in extracting watermarks from the watermarked images destroyed by different unintentional attack. Some of them suffer from extremely poor invisibility for watermarked images. Therefore, it is necessary to have a framework to address these three problems, and further improve its performance. So a novel pragmatic framework is proposed that is wavelet-domain statistical quantity histogram shifting and clustering (WSQH-SC). Compared with conventional methods, WSQH-SC ingeniously constructs new watermark embedding and extraction procedures by histogram shifting and clustering, which are important for improving robustness and reducing run-time complexity. Additionally, WSQH-SC includes the property-inspired pixel adjustment to effectively handle overflow and underflow of pixels. This results in satisfactory reversibility and invisibility. Furthermore, to increase its practical applicability, WSQH-SC designs an enhanced pixel-wise masking to balance robustness and invisibility. So it perform extensive experiments over natural, medical, and synthetic aperture radar images to show the effectiveness of WSQH-SC by comparing with the histogram rotation-based and histogram distribution constrained methods. Key words: Integer wavelet transform, k-means clustering, masking, robust reversible watermarking (RRW).

3. | Efficient Mining Technique for High Rank Web Pages
Neha Singh || Bharat Bhushan Agarwal Abstract: The Web crawler is a computer program which downloads the data or information from World Wide Web for the search engine. Web information is updated or changed rapidly without any information or notice. The Web crawler searches web for updated or new information. Approximate 40 % of web traffic is by the web crawler. In this paper the web or network traffic solution has been proposed to get the relevant information. This paper will be implement Ontology Based Topic Specific Search Using Semantic Web. The method of web crawling with filter is used. This approach is query based approach using Jena API. The proposed approach solves the problem of revisiting web pages by crawler. The Semantic Web is an extension of the current Web that allows the meaning of information to be precisely described in terms of well-defined vocabularies that are understood by people and computers.

4. | Transfer of Physiological Signals: Application for Patients with Chronic Diseases in their Home
M. Kedim || A. Amine Aissa Mokbil || M. Benabdellah Abstract:A Medical home for patients with chronic diseases (heart disease, respiratory, diabetes ...) participle in the improvement of the lives of such patients including remote monitoring (from a monitoring center vigilance) . The prospects for global development of sophisticated telecommunications systems therefore remain very important in this area and makes the overall goal of providing at the same time to everyone with access to advanced communication, information and control systems needed to improve their living conditions; monitoring, assistance, consultation and even expert services remotely. In this article we having a system that organizes the transfer of information for this kind of patients remain in their homes. Remote monitoring and telemetry recording are utilized to attempt to secure a level of care in home at least equivalent to that provided in the health facility.

M.Nasr Kaid Ali ||, M.Benabdellah ||, S. Abdelouahed Abstract:We present in this paper a system for detecting the photoplethysmographic signal (PPG) dedicated to the measurement of functional oxygen saturation in the blood. The system is designed by means of a suitable non-invasive optical technology. The device realized can detect the PPG signal. It includes an optical contact sonde applied during the measurement (sensor), a circuit for shaping the signal (PPG), an interface for the acquisition and digitization in connection with a serial communication port beneath RS232 protocol and a local computer terminal hosts a graphical user interface (GUI) implemented as Integrated Development Environment Visual Basic for displaying, archiving, digital signal processing photo plethysmography and its transfer through telemedicine networks for exploration or remote monitoring of cardiovascular and respiratory function. Keywords:Beer Lambert, microcontroller, PPG, RS232, SpO2 , Visual Basic(VB).

6. | Strength Properties of Concrete Incorporating Foundry Sand and Ceramic Aggregates
Jagannathan Saravanan ||, G.Srinivasan ||, and B. Palani Abstract:The paper present, an attempt has been made to assess the suitability of Used Foundry Sand and ceramic waste in concrete making. In the laboratory Used Foundry Sand has been tried as fine aggregate in place of sand and ceramic waste has been used as partial substitute to conventional coarse aggregate by 15%, 20%, and 30% in concrete making. Cubes, cylinders and prisms were cast and tested for compressive strength, split tensile strength and modulus of rupture after a curing period of 28 days. The results indicated effectiveness of Used Foundry Sand as fine aggregate and partial replacement of conventional coarse aggregate by ceramic waste up to 15%, 20% with out affecting the design strength

7. | Finding the Relation between Make or Buy Decisions and Capacity for Profitability and Technology in Batch Type of Manufacturing Industries
Katikar R S ||, Dr Pawar M S Abstract:Make-or-Buy decision is a choice between manufacturing in-house or outsourcing a part in the product to ensure a performance of any manufacturing industries. There are several factors involved in making such decision. Most manufacturing industries use cost as a main factor to decide whether to make-or buy a part in the product. However other factors also considered for taking making make-or buy decision. Therefore how the manufacturing capacity influencing make-or-buy decision for profitability and technology of the industry as important issue. In order to study this survey method is employed to determine how capacity plays the role in taking make-or-buy decision in manufacturing industries. The results obtained and reported are useful ratios of make parts to total number of parts (in percentage) and its relation with capacity utilization for profitability and technology based classified batch manufacturing industries. These results are also useful to know the performance of manufacturing industries with available capacity and technology. Keywords: Make-or-buy, batch type manufacturing industries, capacity
